Last Call Designer Shoe Sale
Itching to add a little fall shoe love to your closet? We've got you covered! Last Call Neiman Marcus recently received new shipment of designer shoes, and they're making an event of it. If you follow our Instagram, you know we've been spending a fair amount of time at the Fashion Outlets of Chicago, and this little event is partially to blame. At Last Call's Designer Shoe Event guests can find markdowns up to 55% off original Neiman Marcusprices. Designer names include Christian Louboutin, Manolo Blahnik, Lanvin Paris, Jimmy Choo, Yves Saint Laurent, Prada, and more.
Don't forget to sweep through the designer clothing racks while you're there, we spotted some seriously glam worthy TIBI– and that Chanel! But don't just take our word for it, see for yourselves...

Warby Parker Class Trip
While we hate to admit it, Warby Parker's visit to Chicago is coming to an end. The Warby team has graced us with their presence since Setember 4th. The class trip bus has traveled the country coast to coast and hosts all Warby frames for visitors to explore the full collection of classic and trend setting frames. As previously mentioned here and here, we love Warby for many reasons, but one stands above the rest: for every pair of Warby glasses sold (Only $95 including prescription), Warby donates a pair to someone in need! It's simply good citizenship, and for that we applaud them!
So, stop by and make your selections, visit with the team, and snap some shots in their photo-booth! Our favorite frames from yesterday's visit? The Ainsworth in Elderberry.
For details to their last few days in Chicago, including hours and locations, click here. As for right now, the Class Trip bus is parked at North and Halstad.

Weekend Where To
Buckle up, because we've got your weekend agenda and you are booked! A lot is happening in the Chicago fashion scene this weekend and we're sharing our top 3 places to be, consider this your weekend where to... 1. BaubleBar - That's right, this online shopping hot spot is in Chicago for a special 3 day pop-up shop at Sofia's, and we need to show them how Chicago styles. If you don't already shop BaubleBar this is the perfect opportunity for you to fall in love, because these baubles are everything you want in jewels: sparkle, statement, and affordability. While we love shopping online, we also love practicing our layering skills in the mirror, so this shop is right up our alley.
2. Designer Closet - While you're in the Gold Coast, be sure to stop by Designer Closet on the third floor of the 900 Shops next to Bloomingdales. This is a unique pop-up shop of all the designer resale you could dream of–seriously Chanel and Prada for days! Best of all, all proceeds benefit the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital, so why not shop and help a great cause? Trust us, this is one pop-up shop you won't want to miss!
3. Last Call, Neiman Marcus - While the Fashion Outlets of Chicago can always be counted on to satisfy that shopping urge, this weekend Neiman Marcus Last Call is hosting their Friends and Family sale, and since you're friends of Glitterary, we can't help but tell you all about it! Through Monday enjoy an additional 30% off of Neiman's already ridiucluously reduced prices. We took a brief preview tour on Wednesday and let's just say we snagged some Rag and Bone for $50. Doesn't get better than that! (Styled looks coming soon)
4. Warby Parker - And just because it's habit to break our shopping limitations, don't forget that Warby Parker is in town on their class trip! We've featured Warby Parker before, because not only do we love their trendsetting and affordable frames, but we love their business model! For every pair of glasses that you purchase (Only $95 including prescription) Warby donates a pair to someone in need! It simply makes sense, and a company with that kind of citizenship will always have our support!
